I believe that our bodies are meant to be extensions of ourselves. I come from a background in wrestling and freerunning where I used my body to explore and define who I was as a person. Since then, I’ve gotten involved in obstacle course races, endurance challenges, rock climbing, and a host of other activities. My training focuses on preparing for what life might throw at you. Whether that’s sprinting up stairs so you don’t miss your flight, helping a family member move into their new place, or a pickup game of basketball, I believe in a useful type of fitness.

I’ve been involved in fitness for thirteen years and professionally training others for over a decade. Everyday I make it my goal to better myself and grow as a trainer just as I ask my clients to better themselves and move toward their goals every day.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Senior Fitness Specialist

Youth Exercise Specialist

Specialties: Resistance Training, Weight Loss, Group Fitness

Something I love about fitness is the fact that it can help make a better version of yourself, no matter your fitness background. I firmly believe through exercise, proper training, and guidance, anyone can improve in many attributes of everyday living. My fitness journey began when I started to play soccer at 8 years old and continued as a college athlete. Because of soccer I knew I wanted to continue being physically active but also learn more about the physiological changes and benefits of being active.

I focus on incorporating everything I’ve learned through my degree and certifications to assist with the many situations life can throw at us. I strive to develop more as a trainer because I am passionate about helping everyone acknowledge what their bodies are capable of, and  rewarding them for dedicating time to improve on themselves.
