The Catalyst Difference
At Catalyst, all of our trainers are real people first and foremost. We don't have fitness robots here. Every trainer at Catalyst has been shaped by their background in fitness and knows just how rewarding it is to be in tune with their body. For us, fitness is a door to a fuller, happier life outside of the gym. It's our goal to share that with you.

Goal Centered Programming
We are here to help you reach your goals. Every client has a different goal so we approach each client uniquely. We help you in setting those goals and guide you towards total body wellness. At the end of the day though, you decide where we go.
In larger studios it’s easy to feel lost in the crowd. We maintain a tight knit community by keeping a high trainer to client ratio. This means you never have to wait for a piece of equipment or feel like you’re on a stage during your workout. We want our clients to feel like our studio is their own personal space.
Research Driven Training
In a field that's as complicated as fitness, we believe it's essential to have evidence behind what we do. Our methods are based in the most current science available. We avoid fads and trends in favor of the tried and true.
Our programs are designed to be the most efficient route toward your goal. We actively work to equip our trainers with new skills and certifications to make sure we are at the top of our field.
Pricing and Programs
We primarily offer Semi-Private Personal Training. Every client has a personalized training program but our coaches work with up to 4 clients at once. Training takes place at our studio in the Museum District.
We offer the following pricing options
Single Session - $75
12 Sessions: $650 (~$54/session)
We also offer Private Personal Training. We offer these sessions in home or in our studio. In home Private sessions can be shared by up to 3 people.
Private Sessions are $150/session.
