WHAT DOES A NORMAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?
We tailor workouts to individual goals so there will be some variation. For most people who just want to be more fit, we aim for a a blend of movement based and free weight training.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORKOUT?
For people new to training, we recommend 2 times per week. For the more experienced we recommend 3 times per week in the gym. We also recommend 1-2 days a week of fun, physical hobbies for everyone.
IS NUTRITION COACHING INCLUDED?
Yes. In our experience though, habit coaching is more impactful than nutrition coaching or meal plans alone. Understanding your behaviors and how to shape them will give you the lifelong tools to achieve any goal.
