Operations Updates - April 2026

Hey Y'all!

A couple quick but important updates:

#1 - Ja'Miere has finished his onboarding period and is settling in well. Going forward, he will be taking over all weekday morning sessions. He and I will be sharing the weekday evening shifts and splitting weekends.

#2 - Effective May 1st, we will be changing the price of our 12 session package from $650 to $720. We have been at the current price since 2018 and this change is necessary to maintain the quality of what we offer.

Private session prices will remain at $150 and can accommodate up to two people. We will also continue to offer a referral discount - 10% for every client you bring in valid for as long as they continue to train with us.
